Join me and Erika Shapiro for a summer retreat in beautiful Sardinia at the gorgeous eco-retreat centre Balaiana. Situated in the north of the island, a place known for its natural beauty, the centre offers the perfect backdrop for relaxation and practice.
In this workshop we will focus on freeing up the front and sides of the pelvis and strengthening the spine so that we can dive into safer and deeper backbends. The practice will include pranayama (breath exercises), meditation and a long savasana session.
