This is a personalised session that focuses on the specific needs of the student. A one-to-one session is ideal for those who want to advance their practice; beginners; students recovering from injuries; those who want to learn and develop a meditation practice; pranayama (breathing practices) and relaxation techniques. Youla also offers Ayurvedic Yoga – practices for each Dosha (Constitution or unique nature).
These sessions are offered at the work place either before the start of the day, during the lunch break or after working hours. This is a great way to unwind, rebalance, find focus and relax.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a dynamic method that integrates rhythmical breathing with conscious movement. The practice is designed to improve strength, flexibility and stability. The session includes pranayama (breathing techniques) which cultivates awareness of the breath, helps to focus the mind and detoxifies the body; meditation and restorative poses to balance the nervous system and promote healing.
The practice initiates deep relaxation of the body, mind and spirit and reduces stress and anxiety. Postures are held for longer periods using props which help to release tension and increase the circulation of the blood to key organs and glands.
A tailor-made session which focuses on each Dosha (constitution or unique nature) according to the science of Ayurveda. The practice is deeply healing and designed to increase energy, decrease stress and improve digestion and sleep.
